Garden Office

6 m × 3 m (19′8″ × 9′10″)
from £11,500 + VAT
This modular garden office is a compact rectangular structure with a flat roof, photographed at an angle that reveals both its front and side facades. The exterior cladding combines dark charcoal-grey paneling along the upper band and side wall with crisp white vertical panels on the lower front section, creating a striking two-tone contrast. A large glazed area dominates the front, consisting of a sliding glass door system divided into three panels, bordered on the right by a narrow strip of natural wood slat cladding that adds warmth and texture. The structure sits on a paved brick surface, with trees and a clear blue sky visible in the background, and another similar unit partially seen to the right.
Large aluminium glazing provides plenty of natural light, while the combination of white facade panels and Winchester wood-effect slats gives the unit a distinctive appearance. * Prices exclude VAT, added at the current UK rate. * All units are delivered directly from our European manufacturer to the customer. * Transport is not included in the price. We quote it separately for each delivery address. * The photographs show the standard version, up to 3 m high depending on the model. This model is also available in a lower 2.5 m version, brought down towards the entrance door line. Lowering the unit changes the proportions of the front, so we will advise on the top finish to keep it looking right.
This compact, single-story modular structure has a rectangular, elongated shape with a flat roofline. The upper band and side panels are clad in dark charcoal-grey paneling, while the lower left section features white paneling divided into a grid pattern. A vertical wooden slat accent, in warm brown tones, runs along the right side, adding textural contrast. The front façade is dominated by a wide expanse of dark-tinted glass: two large fixed windows on the left and center, paired with a glass entry door on the right side featuring a visible handle. The overall proportions are low and wide, giving it a sleek, minimalist cabin-like appearance, set on a paved surface with trees visible behind it.

This is an interior view of a narrow, elongated modular room, likely a garden office or cabin, with a long rectangular footprint stretching toward a far wall. The ceiling and one long side wall are finished in smooth, matte white panels, while the opposite side features a full-length glass wall comprising two large fixed panes and one hinged glass door with slim black framing, allowing abundant natural light and a view of an outdoor paved area and distant building. At the far end, a narrow vertical window with a dark lower panel breaks up the white wall. The flooring is dark walnut-toned laminate with visible wood grain, running the length of the space and contrasting sharply with the bright white interior surfaces.
